Wish I could have arranged a similar timing, my wedding aniversary came and went and I completely forgot.

Funny damn thing is my wife always says she doesn't want to make a big thing of the "most tragic day" in her life and given we are both way past the warm fuzzy feelings associated with marriage I'm good with that.

For teh last couple of years we both stuck to our guns and just had a nice dinner at home but this year I left the situation alone and the next day I got an ear full about being a jerk.

Now if I had bought flowers or sent her something else I figure she would have been mad about me spending the money.
